New Year New Me?

Have you heard this phrase before, or have you said it? We make many new resolutions, create new Vision boards, and a timeline of completion. Sometimes, we are successful, while other times, in our determination not to be defeated, we start the following year with the same goals. Without a vision, we perish. Creating one that is beneficial and following through helps us to obtain the better in our latter days.

As we transition into the silver years, can we truly say "a new year, a new me"? Yes! As long as there is life, there is hope. Sure! Our vision may have changed, but we have gained wisdom through life experiences. With this knowledge and wisdom, we can help others by reminding them to be thankful along their journey and give themselves grace. The race is not given to the fastest or the strongest person. It is given to the one who endures to the end. Our steps may have slowed down, but as we continue transitioning, we have learned no matter what life throws at us, it is imperative to make the most out of it and enjoy the ride.
