In the Know at MDADC
Individual Care Plans (ICP) are in action at MDADC. If we have not already contacted you, we are on the way. We are scheduling ICPs every 90 days. Together we can reach the goals set for your loved ones. Here is an opportunity to learn what we do, partner with us to do it better, and provide feedback on the impacts at home. We are better together!
